Pamela Cantor, M.D. discusses the anxiety and stress students face, the effects on their learning and well-being, how relationships can serve as the antidote, and how schools and communities can support students and their families during challenging times.

A panel discussion follows, led by Hedy Chang, Executive Director at Attendance Works, and includes Kwesi Rollins, Vice President at Institute for Educational Leadership; Cherri Rowe, Chief Program Officer at Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Dallas; Jimmy Gere, Attendance Counselor—Whole Child Department at Tacoma Public Schools; and Audrey Wilson, Dean of Students at Oakland High School.
